We will collect & convert your microfiche efficiently.
Access your records freely with the assurance they are backed up digitally.
Help preserve the information captured within microfilm for years to come.
One of the main benefits of digitising microfiche, is guaranteeing quick and effortless access to the information you require. As those who store historical archives on microfiche will be aware, specialist equipment is required to review the records. This means ongoing equipment maintenance costs, significant storage space, and potentially hours wasted searching through each microfiche for the right document.
With our microfiche scanning service, we can collect and digitise your records as quickly as the following day, saving you time, money and resources. Furthermore, we will convert your fiche into accurate, quality digital images accessible through your internal system or a digital public record library (whichever you prefer)!
Our scanning process is quick, efficient and easy to understand!
We can of course tailor the project to suit any bespoke requirements.
We’ll collect the microfiche from your office location quickly and efficiently; no matter which London Borough you are located in. We always use triple-walled boxes to ensure the safe transportation of microfiche to us.
Our technical team will assess the quality of microfiche firstly, before scanning the records into your required output (JPEG, PDF, TIFF etc). The scanned image will also be indexed according to your requirements.
We can provide you with access to scanned records via encrypted USB or SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol), whichever is preferred! We are currently working on a bespoke cloud-based system which is due to be launched shortly!
