COLLECTION
We’ll collect the microfilm from your office location quickly and efficiently; no matter which London Borough you are located in. We always use triple-walled boxes to ensure the safe transportation of microfilm to us.

CONVERSION
Our technical team will assess the quality of microfiche firstly, before scanning the records into your required output (JPEG, PDF, TIFF etc). The scanned image will also be indexed according to your requirements.

DELIVERY
We can provide you with access to scanned records via encrypted USB or SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol), whichever is preferred! We are currently working on a bespoke cloud-based system which is due to be launched shortly!

Types of microfilm
With microfilm almost redundant as a form of archiving documents, it may be a little confusing which type of microfilm you have. There are two main types of film, and these depend on the type/size of the document stored:
16mm film 35mm film
A standard, 16mm film are used to store A4 business documents, 35mm film used to store large format drawings A2-A0 in size.
In addition to scanning microfilm, we can also scan other types of microform, including microfiche, aperture cards, negatives and X-rays.
